African payments gateway DPO Group has partnered with Mastercard to launch an e-commerce store helping African businesses to move online amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The now-launched DPO Store will be powered by Mastercard’s payment technology to enable merchants across Africa to move their businesses online and continue to trade with their customers during the current lockdown. The partnership will also be offering merchants up to 25% discount on transaction fees and preferred settlement terms. The e-commerce solution is currently available in the 19 countries and over 55 businesses providing essential services have already signed up to the DPO Store in Kenya, Uganda, and Zambia.
